Architecture Adventure Art Camp will feed kids curiosity and bring their ideas to life! We will be planning, designing, and constructing models of one of a kind structures. Young builders will use cardboard, wood, and a variety of other materials to create all kinds of buildings, bridges, and other amazing spaces.
Each day of camp will involve a variety of individual and group art activities, games, dramatic play, team building, and outdoor time. We walk to Joshua Park (behind Wegmans) or the green space in front of I-Square each day (weather permitting).
Participants will receive an Art Center t-shirt, and pizza lunch on Friday!
All campers are expected to bring a water bottle and snack each day, and a lunch Monday-Thursday.
Calling all young detectives and sneaky sleuths! Spy Academy Art Camp will put our art skills to good use as we craft disguises and invent gadgets. The week will be full of crime solving fun! There will be mysteries to unravel, scavenger hunts, and clues to discover. If you know a child who is ready to join our secret spy mission, then send them to Art Center for Spy Academy Art Camp!
Our programs are led by certified, experienced teachers who are experts in their fields. Meet the team HERE. We promote group learning at Art Center, where participants are emotionally, intellectually, and aesthetically engaged in solving problems. It is through creating and finding meaning, that each person grows through the ways of others! Each day will be filled with a variety of hands-on art activities, games, dramatic play, and team building. If weather permits, campers will have at least one hour of outdoor time. Participants will take walking field trips to various locations within the West Irondequoit community. All participants will receive an Art Center t-shirt, and pizza lunch on the last day! Children are expected to bring a water bottle and snack each day, and a lunch Monday-Thursday.
