All players play from a sled which has blades underneath, using ice picks on one end of the shortened stick to skate (pull) across the ice. Volunteers are available to push a sledder if needed, for those who cannot use the picks to propel, but can use them to catch and pass the puck. A player must be able to transfer in and off the sled by themselves or with the assistance of provided volunteers or a companion that you bring. The ability to follow the rules and flow of the game allows for a safe and fun experience. Rules can be adapted for recreational play.
