Snowy Plovers are some of the cutest birds that live on beaches and dried salt ponds in the Bay Area. Join SFBBO and the San Jose Public Library to learn about these special shorebirds and how and why scientists study them! 

The program includes a hands-on activity. You will need the following supplies: an egg and a container of water that the egg fits in (like a cup or Tupperware).
