Admission to this event requires a ticket for each guest, excluding infants under 12 months. At least one adult must accompany children in each party.Parents or guardians are responsible for accompanying their child/children throughout the entire duration of the event.

Please note that tickets for the event and Magical Add-Ons are sold separately.

Please be aware that Royal Promise Productions is the exclusive authorized ticket seller for this event. The Venue does not sell tickets to this event. We would like to emphasize that Royal Promise Productions will not be held responsible for any tickets purchased from resellers, and we reserve the right to deny entry to individuals with fraudulent tickets.

We maintain the right to make changes to the event's date, time, location, or reschedule if unforeseen circumstances arise, such as inclement weather or low ticket sales. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to attendees.

Children aged 12 and under are welcome to wear costumes to the event. However, we kindly request that adults refrain from wearing cosplay costumes and instead opt for formal wear or business attire, although it is not mandatory. Casual wear is acceptable for all guests in attendance. We do encourage formal attire as this will be more of an elegant atmosphere.

Start times are approximate, though we make every effort to start within 15 minutes of our stated start time. If we do have a late start, we will end the event later than stated

Our characters have unique names and custom-made costumes, inspired by popular fairytale characters that are no longer copyrighted and in the public domain. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and affirm that our event does not feature or represent any licensed, copyrighted, or trademarked characters.

Royal Promise Productions and the hosting venue are not liable for any loss or damage to guests' personal property. We kindly remind you to keep your personal belongings secure and with you at all times during the event.

By participating in this event, you consent to Royal Promise Productions and its authorized representatives to photograph and/or video record your involvement. You also grant permission for these photographs and materials to be used in any future publications, videos, brochures, or other printed materials for promotional purposes related to Royal Promise Productions. You and your heirs release Royal Promise Productions, its successors, and the hosting venue from any liability associated with these materials. You acknowledge that these materials may be used without payment of fees, royalties, credit given to your name, or any other form of compensation.

By purchasing a ticket to any of our events, you provide consent to receive newsletters via email containing details about upcoming events, discounts, early access opportunities, and more.

By participating in this event, you acknowledge that there is a risk of exposure to communicable diseases, including Covid-19, in any public setting where you come into contact with other individuals. By purchasing tickets and attending this event, you and all members of your party voluntarily assume all risks associated with exposure to communicable diseases, including Covid-19. You hereby accept all responsibility for any bodily injury, illness, or death that may result from participating in the activities of this event. You, your guests, your spouse/partner, your heirs, successors, executors, administrators, or any other individuals acting on your behalf, release, waive, indemnify, and forever discharge Royal Promise Productions, the venue, and any affiliated organizations, directors, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all liability and claims of negligence for any disease, death, illness, or injury.

By participating in this event, you explicitly release Royal Promise Productions and the hosting venue from any and all claims or liabilities of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or be connected to your involvement in these activities.

We retain the right to decline entry or remove any guest from the event at our discretion, without providing a specific reason.

If you do not agree with any or all of the terms and conditions outlined, we kindly request that you refrain from purchasing tickets for this event. We appreciate your understanding.


No Refunds/Credits

Refunds/credits are not available for Royal Holiday Dining Tickets. By purchasing a ticket, the food and supplies have been purchased, prepared and designated to your ticket to account for the correct # of Guests attending. Your ticket is not refundable/transferable because the food/supplies purchased to accommodate your ticket cannot be returned/refunded/transferred to a different event.

Weather: Upstate NY in December is no stranger to snowy weather! Please monitor the weather and plan accordingly for travel (leave yourself time for shoveling the driveway or driving slower). Our Cast Members travel from all over the state with varying weather conditions; if we can safely travel to the venue, you can too! In the event of a Severe National Weather Service Warning/Travel Advisory for Onondaga County with forecaster confidence of over 80%, we will contact all Guests via email regarding the event status.

Illness: ‘Tis the season for sickness! We cannot issue any refunds/credits due to illness because the food/supplies purchased to accommodate your ticket cannot be returned/refunded/transferred. If someone in your party is feeling under the weather and will no longer be attending, please send us an email; we will respond in 1-3 business days with options for the Guest(s) to still experience a magical holiday moment. If someone in your party is feeling under the weather but will still be attending, we ask that you use your best judgment and mask-up if necessary to protect our performers and other Guests. We would hate for a warm hug to turn into a nasty cold!
