Roc Boxing’s Summer Youth Strength and Conditioning summer program starts 7/9!
Roc Boxing & Fitness Center’s Youth Strength and Conditioning program will get you moving this summer! This 60-minute class features kettlebells, fast-paced agility drills and boxing to improve hand/eye coordination, balance and footwork. You’ll learn proper exercise techniques and lifelong healthy habits while gaining confidence and having fun! We’ll supply everything needed for the class – just wear basic workout attire and bring a water bottle!
Program Starts July 9th, Ages 7-16. 8-week Program 16 classes - Tuesday & Wednesday 4-5pm for $256.
