If you love food and learning about the culture that inspired it, don’t wait to purchase your tickets for Ganondagan's Indigenous Food event. This will be an engaging and transformative cultural experience as two Internationally known Potawatomi women - Robin Wall Kimmerer (botanist, author, educator) and Loretta Barrett Oden (Indigenous award-winning chef, food historian, and cultural advocate) share their insights and beliefs about their deep connection to the natural world, reciprocity, and how food sovereignty is vital for a thriving culture.
In addition to the insightful presentations, experience a five-course progression of 3 Sisters-based “Mindful Tastings” created by Chef Barrett Oden, all while creating community, and learning from the messages of our guest speakers.
As a further way to build bridges and create connections, local community members will be joining us, sharing their life’s work as they progress from table to table to enjoying Indigenous delights.
