You couldn’t design a better hero than the very eligible and extremely charming Earl Grantham. Unless, of course, you are Margaret Gault, who wants nothing to do with the man who broke her youthful heart. Facing obstacles seemingly too large to dismantle, will Grantham and Margaret remain forever disconnected or can they find a way to bridge their differences, rekindle the passion of their youth, and construct a love built to last?
Elizabeth Everett lives in Upstate New York with her family. Her Secret Scientists of London series has received critical acclaim from BuzzFeed, Kirkus, Booklist, Publishers Weekly, Popsugar, and Entertainment Weekly. She has written essays on feminism and “STEMMinism” for various media outlets. Her work is inspired by her admiration for rule breakers and belief in the power of love to change the world.
This is an in- person event held at Writers & Books, 740 University Ave. Rochester, NY
This event is made possible by the Mary S. Mulligan Charitable Trust and the New York State Council on the Arts, with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
