Qigong exercises are easy to learn and safe to practice. They take very little time but can have a profound effect on our lives. In this course, we will cover fundamentals such as breathing, standing, and relaxation while learning some simple but effective Qigong sets. The course will provide enough material for a daily practice and form a foundation for future study of either Qigong or an internal martial art such as Tai Chi. Qigong can provide excellent support for a meditation practice.
