Plant Based Gluten Free Cooking & Baking for Teens

This camp will focus on educating the whole person through experiential farm to table cooking and baking. Students learn the basics of gluten free and plant based cooking and baking through hands on garden and agriculture experiences, Q&A, demonstration, art and more. This class is perfect for students who are interested in culinary arts, baking, and learning through food. Ages: 11-14

This is NOT a costumed camp. Participants will spend time in both the museum’s modern kitchen and historic buildings, but will not be provided with a costume.
