Explore nature’s beauty with the Perinton Concert Band on Friday May 10, 2019 - 7:30 PM at the Minerva DeLand School Auditorium, Fairport as it visits Natural Wonders around the world. The band will perform American River Songs a tribute to American’s majestic waterways featuring the ever popular American folk tune Shenandoah (Across the Wide Missouri), and Bora Bora, Suite for Band, a composition that musically depicts the grandeur, beauty and native traditions of this island paradise arguably called the most beautiful island in the world. In addition to the music portraying natural wonders, the band will play Triplets of the Finest, featuring our three talented female trumpet players performing this rousing trumpet trio set as a polka. Tickets, available at the door and online, are $8 for adults, $6 for seniors, and children/students, 18 and under are free.
