Paid Research Study Opportunity

Researchers at Cornell University, in collaboration with the University of Rochester, are seeking volunteers for a paid research study to help us understand how ovaries change during puberty.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

We are seeking healthy adolescent girls whose mothers have been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) to volunteer for a study to help us understand how ovaries change during puberty. Participants can receive up to $150. This research study is for girls who had their very first period within the last 11 months. Study visits include a belly ultrasound of the ovaries, a blood sample, and keeping a mesntrual diary.  Parents or adult caregivers - please email the study team at womensimaging@cornell.edu to learn more.
