Outdoor Kids Yoga

Summer is creeping in and we are excited to be able to practice yoga together outside. Our kid’s classes will be held on the beautiful lawn of the Charlotte- Genesee Lighthouse, overlooking the Genesee River and surrounded by colorful gardens. We have plenty of space to safely spread out and abide by social distancing guidelines. We ask that each participant bring his or her own mat and water.

Kids Yoga classes offer a unique mind/body experience with energizing music, creative movement and mindful art. From Toe-Ga (yes, that’s yoga for your toes) to the Yoga Slide, there is something unforgettable in each session.
Kids will learn vital and effective tools to increase mindfulness, emotion expression and stress reduction, all while having fun!
Suitable for kids ages 4-9. No experience is necessary. Runs every Tuesday this summer, beginning 6/25 through 8/27.
Outdoor class passes are available, 5 classes for $60 or drop- in for $14.
