Outdoor Baby and Me Yoga

Come enjoy some fresh air, movement and connection this summer. Starting June 26th, every Friday morning we will be gathering on the beautiful lawn of the Charlotte- Genesee lighthouse overlooking the river and surrounded by gardens. We have plenty of space to spread out and crate a safe environment together. We ask that everyone bring their own mats and a blanket for babes.

This is a dedicated space for new moms to reconnect to their bodies, heal, bond with their little ones and socialize with other mamas. This special yoga practice incorporates infant massage, partner poses and songs to engage your little one in the practice, along with movements and poses to assist mamas in the healing process.
Open to moms and babies (newborn-2/2.5).
