The Advantages of a Mercy Education

  • Mercy offers an incredibly strong academic and extra-curricular program focused on 'World Class Learning' which make Mercy girls globally-ready.
  • Collectively, the 2018 graduating class received over $26 million in scholarships from all their accepted colleges ($210,000 per graduate!).
  • Our wonderfully historic campus provides a safe, comfortable environment for girls in all grades, from 6th through 12th.
  • Mercy girls and alumnae are forever bonded by a spirited sisterhood of solidarity.
  • Our supportive faculty and staff truly connect with each of the students and are committed to their success.
  • In addition to our focus on academics, Mercy provides each student with a moral compass to help guide her decision-making.
  • Over 70% of the student population participates in the athletics program as members of over 30 sports teams.
  • Mercy students take part in many extracurricular activities, clubs, student-led groups, and the performing arts.
  • Ministry and service are integral parts of the Mercy experience.
  • The traditions of Mercy date back to 1928 and include Spirit Day, Golden Mass, and May Day.
  • Mercy alumnae are active with their alma mater, participating in reunions and fundraisers, and many become parents of Mercy students.
  • Leadership on campus and in the community helps students achieve greatness in their college years and beyond.
