MT Ed KIDS Grades 2-4
Based on the beloved Disney animated film, and featuring a jazzy, upbeat score, Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS is a non-stop thrill ride of feline fun, complete with unbelievable twists and turns.
In the heart of Paris, a kind and eccentric millionairess wills her entire estate to Duchess, her high-society cat, and her three little kittens. Laughs and adventure ensue as the greedy, bumbling butler pulls off the ultimate catnap caper. Now it's up to the rough-and-tumble alley cat, Thomas O'Malley, and his band of swingin' jazz cats to save the day.
Camp runs Monday - Friday, July 5-15, 9a-4p, performances on July 15 at 7pm and July 16 at 2pm and 7pm.
Summers at MT Ed are unlike any other camp in Rochester! Campers will spend their camp day rehearsing one of the shows below. The production at the end of the camp is complete with a full set, costumes, and makeup! Each camp day, staff (who are all trained educators) will engage your child in theatre games, vocal, acting and dance rehearsals. Our camp day is longer than other camps (9am-4pm) to accommodate a longer lunch time in which we will walk to Ontario Beach State Park most days to play on the beach or playground or just unwind. Once a week, campers will have the option to visit Abbott's and once a week we will visit an area restaurant for lunch. Our camps are capped at 30 participants to ensure a quality experience for all campers. Wrap around care from 8am-6pm is available at no additional charge. Campers who stay for aftercare will often have the opportunity to learn about the technical aspects of theatre that go into the show they are currently rehearsing.
The more you camp the more you save! 1 camp - $350; 2 camps - $650; 3 camps - $900. Siblings save an additional 10%!
