Join us at Parcel 5 on Thursday, June 12, for a free outdoor screening of the beloved 1996 classic Space Jam (PG, 1h 28m). Starring Michael Jordan alongside Bugs Bunny and the Looney Tunes, this iconic family film follows an unforgettable showdown against the Monstars in a basketball game that will determine the fate of Looney Tune Land. Blending live action, animation, comedy, and sports, Space Jam remains one of the most memorable family movies of the 1990s.
The fun begins before the movie with free family-friendly activities, including inflatable attractions such as Shoot Out and Free Shot that guests of all ages can enjoy. Food vendors on site include Bubble Waffle Bus, J. Mills Elite Treats, Kona Ice, and Master Lee's Iron Chef Grill, offering a variety of sweet treats and savory favorites throughout the evening.
Guests can also browse local vendors including Falanga's, Rochester Gas & Electric, Jenni Pink, Rochester Public Library, and Lemon Love. This event's Small Business Spotlight features Falanga's, a woman-owned, family-operated Rochester business known for its handcrafted gourmet cotton candy. With more than 130 unique flavors, Falanga's has been putting a creative twist on a nostalgic favorite since 2019, bringing colorful, custom-made treats to events across the region.
Bring a lawn chair or blanket, gather your family and friends, and enjoy a summer night under the stars in downtown Rochester. Pre-movie activities begin before the screening, and the movie starts at approximately 8:00 PM on the giant LED screen.
