Mindfulness Skills for Anxious Emotions: Ages 7-10

Pop Up Class offered Saturday OCT 26th AND Nov 9th 10:30-11:30 am A fun, engaging and creative way to learn about our emotions! Children learn mindfulness strategies to understand and respond to BIG emotions.

Through play, creative art and group activities, children explore what emotions are and the general causes and physical symptoms of anxious emotions.

Children gain a greater understanding of awareness, attitudes and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, and learn how to begin using mindfulness practices as tools for wellness. We focus on fun! Along the way, we foster a connection to breath, body and inner coach, promoting both physical and mental strength.
