Make Your Own Glass Pendant at Corning Museum of Glass (Ages 10+})
Open to ages 10 and up, this Make Your Own Glass experience introduces you to the basics of flameworking and offers a focused experience with hot glass by creating a single pendant from start to finish.
To create your pendant, you will melt glass rods in a torch under the supervision and guidance of our professional glass artists. You begin by choosing a design and shape from the options provided. Then you will choose up to three colors to create the design. After your pendant is designed, you will be dressed in provided safety gear and seated at a work station. Our professional glass artists will guide you through the process of melting and shaping colored rods of glass in a flame to create your pendant.

Pendants are available for pick up after noon the next day or may be shipped for an additional fee within the U.S. and Canada. Make Your Own Glass pickup is not available Wednesdays, January 1- March 31.
