Junior Gulls Camp

Join us for a week to learn all about chocolate! Junior Gulls will explore the cacao tree and the environment in which it grows, they will learn all about the harvest and production of cacao and the many ways it was used in history. We will practice chocolate skills such as tempering and ganache making, and even making chocolate straight from the bean! Crafts, hands on activities, and plenty of chocolate tasting throughout!
