This Jedi Training class mixes reality and fantasy, mindfulness and meditation, seriousness and fun! Your little padawan will learn the skills necessary for Jedi. They will learn to focus and clear their minds. To concentrate and “feel the Force.” They will practice selfregulation and emotional regulation skills. They will learn how to respond, not to react. They will learn basic lightsaber skills, and gain control and mastery over their bodies. They will also construct their
own lightsaber from everyday household objects! This class is taught by “Jedi Master” Drew, with help from “Master Yoda.”
