Ice Skating 101 Program Session 4
The Iceplex Skating 101 Program is the first step in teaching the fundamental skills of ice skating to anyone with a desire to play ice hockey, figure skate, or to skate recreationally. Ages 3 and older are permitted to participate.
This 8-week program is designed for the true beginner, it meets once a week, and is taught by our world class skating instructional staff. Rental skates are provided to any participants who wish to use them, and this is done at no additional charge.
The class format consists of 50 minutes on the ice, split into a 25 minute group lesson, followed by 25 minutes of practice time where participants work on newly learned skills in a fun environment.
