This 4 week course on Gut Health will include a deep dive into the working of the digestive system. We will explore topics such as digestion, gas and bloating, leaky gut, parasites, constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, and the impact on our overall health. We will discuss gastrointestinal symptoms, food sensitivities, Candida (yeast) overgrowth, small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), parasites, IBS, Celiac disease, and inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's/Colitis). Learn what you can do to identify the root causes of your gut issues, support and heal your gut, and finally resolve your GI issues once and for all.
