Halloween Trolley Express

Join us for a trip to the Pumpkin Patch where you will enjoy apple cider and donuts and choose a pumpkin from the patch to decorate and take home. Come in your costume if you like and do trick or treating in the museum's trolley cars (totes provided). There will be live music and our Spooky Halloween Walk in the model train room.
We ask that all participants wear a face mask (not a Halloween character mask) while in the museum and on the trolley ride.
Among the features at the museum are large model railroads, numerous full-size trolley cars, a steam locomotive, antique trucks and cars, horse-drawn vehicles, and smaller artifacts that provide a rich, hands-on experience appealing to kids and older folks alike. The museum’s newest exhibit features Rochester's Midtown Plaza Monorail.
The New York Museum of Transportation is conveniently located 20 minutes south of Rochester at 6393 East River Road (I-390 south to exit 11, NY Rt. 251 West, then 1 mile north on East River Road). Family friendly for the Halloween Trolley Express is just $15 adults, and $12 youths age 2 through 12.
