Girls Modified Volleyball Summer League

Prepare for the upcoming Modified season with organized practices and game play in a development-focused and supportive environment. Build upon your volleyball skills, on-court confidence, and love of the sport, while creating connections with athletes from around the Greater Rochester Area.

Geared toward athletes in grades 7–9, this Modified-level league offers a more in-depth approach to skill development and game play. Practices will emphasize technical refinement, decision-making, and team strategies, helping players build confidence on the court. Match play will be more structured, allowing athletes to experience game situations that reflect school and club volleyball. With a focus on growth, teamwork, and fun, this program is ideal for players who are preparing for their first Modified tryout, looking to prepare for the next level of competition, or those who want the team experience.
