Science fiction is the precursor to science fact, especially when it comes to technology and its advancements. Cyberpunk is science fiction meets noir. By studying the relationship between humanity and technology we can explore how characters view the use of cybernetics and the impact of the internet on the world in their stories, as well as what it is to be human within the genre. Next you will build your own cyberpunk playground for your characters to play in before writing a short story about a day in their lives where they interact with technology in their world.
