Register for our FrogWatch USA Field Survey Night! Join our Zoo Naturalists at the Zoo for a FrogWatch USA refresher and field survey. Be a citizen scientist and collect data on frog calls and populations in the natural wetland at the Zoo. Participation is welcome whether you have attended a FrogWatch USA Volunteers training or not.

The program will start at 8 pm so try to arrive with enough time to park and enter the zoo. We will have a brief presentation on FrogWatch USA and then walk down to the Animals of the Savanna section of the zoo to listen for frogs and toads. Flashlights and appropriate clothing are advised.

FrogWatch USA™ is the Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ (AZA) citizen science program and provides individuals, groups, and families opportunities to learn about wetlands in their communities by reporting on the calls of frogs and toads.

You must register to attend at senecaparkzoo.org
