This museum at 6393 East River Road in West Henrietta features a collection of antique trolley cars, a steam locomotive, fire truck, ambulance, operating model railroad, and many other vehicles, and numerous exhibits of photographs and artifacts pertaining to local transportation history.
You can also relive holiday memories and traditions with an exhibit of the Midtown Plaza Monorail.
On this day, a scenic two-mile round trip trolley ride around the grounds also will be available to all visitors.
This event is one of 24 free admission/tickets/events being sponsored by Rochester Area Community Foundation to celebrate its 50th anniversary year. Called "Gifts for Good: Sampling Cultural Gems Across Our Region," this yearlong series includes 24 free events through March 2023. Get more details at www.racf.org/50.
