BlueShield of Northeastern New York is presenting February Fun in 2021, a week-long series of free, virtual fieldtrips and activities for families to enjoy during Winter Break from Monday, Feb. 15 through Friday, Feb. 19.

The local health plan tapped into its most-beloved community partners to host the series, including the Capital District YMCA, MiSci Museum of Innovation & Science, and the Tri-City ValleyCats.

With something for everyone, families in the community will have free access to virtual daily scheduled events, like kids’ fitness classes; science demonstrations; trivia; story times; and field trips to the Buffalo Zoo, the NYS Capital Sites and The New York State Museum. For those looking for more flexibility, BlueShield is also providing activities that families can do on their own schedule, like downloadable coloring and activity pages, healthy recipes, and a guide to safe, outdoor winter activities in the Capital Region, plus, opportunities to pick up at-home craft kits.
