Ed Van Wagner Memorial Model Airplane Show and Open House

A free two day event with model airplanes from small to very large that will be doing flying with some wild acrobatics. Visitors can sign up and fly a model airplane while linked to an experienced pilot. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. This benefits the Macedon Ambulance.

On August 22 and 23 from 10AM-4PM at the Rochester Aero-Modeling Society (RAMS) airfield in Macedon, remote controlled model airplanes from large to small will entertain with aerobatics, high speed runs, and games in the air with many planes interacting. Model helicopter flights will also be held. This event is for all ages! For children, we have small gliders which they can color and for example fly at targets and other games. People can also sign up to fly a radio controlled model airplane with guidance. Free admission and free parking. Proceeds from this open house will be donated to the Macedon Ambulance. Join us at 2529 Macedon Center Road in Macedon.
