Homeschoolers will enjoy an afternoon together getting creative, expressing themselves, and exploring the world with hands-on projects. Curiosity & Creativity is intended to enhance learning in the areas of Visual Arts, Science, Global History, Art History, Cultural Studies, Math, Reading, and Writing. Extend your day by 1-3 hours with more programs like Drama Kids International, Setting the Stage, Student Production, Garden Club, STEAM Club, or SPLAT (check the full list of Programs or get in touch)!
Parents can drop-off, work/relax in the waiting area, or help with program needs.
1:00-3:00pm Tuesdays for Grades 3rd-6th
Miss Emily Minimum Class: 6 Maximum Class: 16

Curiosity & Creativity bundles together three programs: Nature & Art, Curious Minds, and Art Through the Ages (described below). Students are encouraged to take all three. If attending from 1-3pm isn't an option for you, check out the al la carte tuition rates.
1:00-1:45pm Nature & Art
Explore science with outdoor time and hands-on projects. We will often take planned walks or visit the many walking distance parks from the studio. Walks will be an opportunity for thoughtful conversation and fun socializing.
1:45-2:30pm Curious Minds
Students will learn at their own pace through curiosity. The studio will be prepped for child-centered learning catering to our variety of ages. Each individual will be able to learn through manipulatives, activities, and resources. Everyone will need to follow rules, respect each others space, and have the opportunity to work alone or in groups. We will share what we learned at the end.
2:30-3:00pm Art Through The Ages
Travel through time with fun art projects and learn about the historical significance while we're working. Additional resources will be provided for anyone who wants to dig deeper.
