Craft Weekend at the Rochester Folk Art Guild (August 7–10, 2025) is a four-day immersive retreat in the Finger Lakes featuring hands-on workshops in pottery, painting, writing, photography, seed saving, and more. Enjoy expert instruction, wholesome meals, and a vibrant creative community on a 350-acre working farm and artist campus. Lodging and camping available; registration required.

Craft Weekend at the Rochester Folk Art Guild August 7–10, 2025 Rochester Folk Art Guild, 1445 Upper Hill Road, Middlesex, NY Join a vibrant community of makers, artists, and curious learners for Craft Weekend, a four-day immersive arts retreat in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Hosted at the Rochester Folk Art Guild—an artist community and working farm for over 60 years—this unique event offers hands-on workshops in pottery, painting, photography, weaving, woodturning, writing, and seed saving. Participants receive 18 hours of instruction in the craft of their choice, along with wholesome farm-to-table meals, evening campfires, optional yoga, and open studio time. Whether you're a beginner or experienced maker, this is an opportunity to slow down, create with your hands, and connect with others in a beautiful natural setting. Overnight accommodations and camping options are available. Registration is required and class sizes are limited.
