Robin L. Flanigan will be signing "100 Things To Do In Rochester Before You Die" at The Bird House from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. during its Jigsaw Puzzle Swap.
The book is a local’s lowdown on what makes Rochester so remarkable no matter the month or weather. With insider tips and suggested itineraries by subject and season, freelance journalist and author Robin takes you on a whirlwind tour—from the obvious to the obscure—of the place she proudly calls home.
Robin also will have copies of her nature-based, celebrity-endorsed children's book "M is for Mindful." The ABC/poetry book is used in homes, schools, and therapy offices around the country. It pairs inspiring verses with vibrant, kid-friendly paintings to help cultivate self-awareness, compassion, respect for diversity, and other practices--for an intentional, balanced, considerate life.
