Anxiety or depression is not only a mental health condition, but may be caused by a range of underlying physical conditions such as nutritional deficiencies, toxins, hormone imbalance, and poor gut health. Stress, diet and lifestyle choices also impact depression and anxiety. Learn what factors are most impacting our kids, and what we can do about it to help ourselves and our children lead happy, anxiety and depression-free lives. While this class focuses on children, the information is also relevant for adults with these conditions.
