For those who are brand new to karate. Expose your youngster to the positive influence of martial arts training by starting at the most rudimentary level. Students must unfailingly know their left from right. The instructor will determine each child's readiness for moving on to the Novice level.
This program is designed for children between
the ages of 5 and 14. Children will participate in
gym and swim activities, including a 30-minute swim

During the level II class, swimmers will continue
to learn the beginner techniques of sychronized
swimming. Novice level figures will be taught.
Swimmers must be 7-14 yrs. old and a Minnow
level swimmer. To participate in this course you
must have previously taken the intro level.

The Westside YMCA looks to relaunch in their travel flag football league. Participants will develop flag football skills through drills, offensive and defensive plays and playing games in a competitive environment. All participants will receive an NFL jersey and a set of flags. Practice times will vary depending on coaches and player availability. Games will be on Sundays ranging between 1:00-5:00pm.
Interested in competitive swimming but aren't ready for a team? Our Tiger Kicks Development Swim Team is the right place for you. Offered as an introduction for our competitive swim program, the focus is on endurance and stroke development. Enjoy our optional "Fun Meet". Must be able to swim one length of pool unassisted.
This program is designed for the student
who has completed at least the starfish or
minnow level, is able to swim at least 50 yards
consecutively of front crawl, and back crawl,
and is interested in competitive swimming
