We will open this year in two locations for grades pre k - 12, Greece and Brighton on January 15 ,2024. Our drop off homeschool program will run for 10 weeks, 3 times a year with camps in between.

Our in-person and virtual programs ensure you will not face cancer alone by connecting you with and sharing activities with others facing similar experiences.

At our one-of-a-kind workshop, participants start with a bean and experience the ancient art of making chocolate. Sample a variety of beans from around the world (from Fiji to Ecuador to Tanzania) and taste chocolate in all forms. Learn the art of cacao as practiced throughout history and the science of making chocolate from bean to bar. Roast, winnow, grind and taste the results. Go home with your handmade raw chocolate product and a new appreciation for all things cacao.

We offer programs to kids ages 2 to 12. Kids will spend most of the time outdoors, will be exposed to Italian, and will be involved in: games sports arts and crafts play dough activities music cooking
