OFC Creations (Opportunities For Creativity) continues to enhance the arts throughout the Rochester area for all ages. In summer 2020, OFC opened a brand new theatre in Brighton, the OFC Creations Theatre Center. The new OFC Creations Theatre Center (3450 Winton Pl, Rochester, NY 14623), opened in July 2020, is a multi-purpose arts center focused on youth theater education and performances, mounting professional plays and musicals, hosting community events, presenting out-of-town entertainers, and providing much-needed performance space to local arts groups. The center offers classes in acting, singing, and dancing; school field trips and tours; community events; and theater camps during summer and school. Camp Cherith® is a traditional s’mores and outdoors summer camp. Camper activity choices may include swimming, hiking, horseback riding, target sports, fishing, nature & lots more. Brooklyn Robot Foundry offers super fun and interactive robot-building classes for kids 2-14 years old! The Foundry’s signature approach allows students to learn engineering through hands-on building and creativity wherever they are. Classes are led by amazing instructors who bring all of the robot awesomeness directly to schools, community centers, or wherever there's room to build! Students have a blast building a different whimsical robot each class and bringing it home afterward for more fun.
