Pineapple Dip and Fruit
Makes 2 cupsPrep Time: 5 min; Chill time: 1 hour 4 oz Neuchatel reduced fat cream cheese, softened ½ cup plain fat-free yogurt ¼ cup honey 1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, drained Assorted fruits to dip 1. Beat cream cheese, yogurt and honey until creamy. Fold in pineapple. 2. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors. 3. Dip with various (strawberries, pineapples and melons) fruits.
