Patriotic Parfait (Good for 4th of July!)
Serves 1Prep Time: 5 min 1 (4 oz) scoop lemon sherbet 1/3 cup fresh strawberries, sliced 1/4 cup fresh blueberries 1/4 cup white grape juice 1. Place sherbet in dish. Cover with sliced strawberries and blueberries. 2. Pour grape juice over sherbet and serve immediately.
