Frozen Fudge Pops with Candy Corn

Prep Time: 5 min
Freeze Time: 4 hours

1 can (12 oz) fat free evaporated skim milk
3/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup candy corn

1. Stir together evaporated milk and chocolate syrup.

2. Divide candy corn into 4 small (4 oz) paper cups. Pour milk mixture into cups; freeze for 2 hours then insert popsicle sticks.

3. Freeze at least 2 more hours until firm.

4. Peel off paper cups before serving.

Nutrition Info: Each pop contains 270 calories, 56g carbohydrate (2g fiber), 7g protein, 1g fat (0g saturated fat), 10mg cholesterol and 160mg sodium.
