Fruit Surprise

Wkids Serves 4 (12 snacks)
Prep Time: 10 min; chill time: 2 hrs

1 pkg (3 oz) Jell-O® gelatin dessert
2/3 cup boiling water
½ cup fruit (choose strawberries cut in half, blueberries, grapes, mandarin oranges segments, drained pineapple tidbits)

1. Empty package of Jell-O into bowl. Have your helper add 2/3 cup boiling water and stir until completely dissolved, about 3 min.

2. Place a few pieces of fruit in each of the 12 cups in a mini muffin pan.

3. Pour gelatin over fruit. The fruit will float to the top.

4. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

5. Remove from muffin tin and serve.
