Breakfast Parfait

1 container (4.4 oz) W kids Yogurt
2 Tbsp fresh fruit, chopped
2 Tbsp Wegmans Fruit and Frosted Oat Cereal

1. Layer yogurt, fresh fruit and the cereal in a long stemmed parfait glass. (For younger children, a clear, plastic container would be best).

Each parfait contains 180 calories, 35g carbohydrate (0g fiber), 1.5g fat (0g saturated fat), 10mg cholesterol and 100mg sodium.
