The first two classes you will practice the rowing stroke and learn the basic rowing terminology in the Indoor Tanks at the Pittsford Indoor Rowing Center. This is a great way to get the basics down before getting out on the water! For the remaining six classes you will practice on the water in an 8-person rowing shell.
