Yoga & Art Summer Camp for Teens at the Assisi Institute

Half day, week-long camp for teens age 13-17. Each day participants will focus on a new theme, practice yoga postures, learn foundational yoga, meditation and mindfulness skills and experience creating art as a "creative meditation" and coping tool. A connection theme of "Spaces and Boundaries" will be the focus thread throughout the experience. Sessions facilitated by Courtney Konecny and Theresa Luciano.
