Taking the next step with RAPA, students in the Young Adult Theatre Program are encouraging to go above and beyond the requirements to enhance their skills. Using techniques taught in the Youth Theatre Programs and RAPA classes, students will expand upon character motivations, characterization for different types of dance, and new styles of vocal selections.
The musical centes on a baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the Kind's festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a witch's curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse and wind up changed forever.
