What's a CSA, Anyway? Free info-session on Community Supported Agriculture

*The event has already taken place on this date: Thu, 01/29/2015
Learn what a CSA is and how it can help you and your family eat healthy, learn about your food, and build community.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Have you heard about CSA's but wonder what they are?  Or never heard of them?  Or know what they are but want more information?  Then this event is for you.

Community Supported Agriculture is a great way to feed your family the highest quality, locally grown food you can, usually at a much better price than you would get in the store.  In addition, you can help build and be a part of your local community, and have a unique educational experience for your kids.  Farmer Ruth from Mud Creek Farm CSA in Victor will be addressing all these topics, telling the story of Mud Creek, and answering all your questions.

*Times, dates, and prices of any activity posted to our calendars are subject to change. Please be sure to click through directly to the organization’s website to verify.
