Back by popular demand for the 7th year in a row: the Missoula Children’s Theatre Experience! Now better than ever with two chances to participate – Snow White and Blackbeard the Pirate! Kids can enjoy these shows in two ways: by watching them—or starring in one or both!

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

Performances on Saturday, Feb 9th at 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Rehearsals for Snow White are Monday through Friday, February 4 to 8 from 4 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., with a dinner break at 6 p.m. (Younger kids’ rehearsal times are shorter.)

Blackbeard the Pirate

Performances on Saturday, Feb. 16th at 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Blackbeard the Pirate rehearsals are Monday through Friday, February 11 to 15 from 4 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., with a dinner break at 6 p.m. (Younger kids’ rehearsal times are shorter.)

Missoula Children’s Theatre has been touring all over the world for more than 30 years. They come to town with everything needed to put on a play—except the cast. Children are well-rehearsed throughout the week, learning lines, songs and choreography for this full-length musical. The cost is $150 (non-refundable) for each week-long experience and includes one free show ticket. Children do not need to audition in order to participate, and no previous acting experience is required!

Because this program has become VERY popular at TYKEs, the TYKEs folks felt badly having to turn kids away each year. So, this year TYKEs is offering two DIFFERENT shows over two weeks to make more room for more kids! Kids can participate in either show (or even both if you’re really ambitious!).
