Trim-a-Tree for Wildlife

At our annual TRIM-A-TREE for Wildlife event on Friday, December 16th, children can make special treats for winter wildlife and create COOL seasonal decorations using items found in nature, recycling materials and leftover craft supplies ... a total of 7 different crafts! This activity is geared toward Kindergarten to 6th graders and adults must accompany their children. Come anytime from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (but not too late, you want enough time to complete the crafts!).
Meet in the Helmer Nature Center Classroom at 154 Pinegrove Ave in Irondequoit. The cost is $7.00 per student and $5.00 per student for HNC members. The fee is payable at the door and volunteers will be on hand for assistance.
