Audition Time! Monologues & Cold Readings - Tina Crandall (5th-12th grade)
Public performances and presentations, including auditions, can be intimidating. Through the study of monologue materials, students will procure and perfect the fundamentals of performance. Special emphasis on interpretation, translation, characterization, motivation, and presentation will enable students to dive into a monologue in depth and learn how to perform it well. Creative approaches to cold readings will be presented and practiced. Class will culminate in a final performance.
Grades 5-12.
Classes held Wednesdays, 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM, April 8 - May 27
Fee for 8 Class Session - $125.
