Siamsa: A Traditional Evening of Irish Entertainment

The Monroe County Irish organizations invite you to enjoy an evening of authentic Irish entertainment!

Known in Ireland as a Siamsa (Shee-am-sah), it includes traditional cultural music, dancing, food, and historical stories. Join us as we commemorate the declaration of Irish American Heritage Month by Rochester and Monroe County.
The evening will feature a soda bread demonstration and tasting by the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, traditional Irish music by Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann (Irish Music Association), a historical presentation by the Irish American Cultural Institute, and an Irish step dance demonstration by Jameson Irish Dance & Creative Arts. Families welcome! Registration Requested.
