Shark Swim Lessons

(Age 6-12 without parent): This most advanced level will challenge the swimmer to complete a 500 yard free swim, 200 yard backstroke, 100 yard breaststroke and a 200 yard Individual Medley (IM). In addition, this level teaches inverted breaststroke, trudgen crawl, use of mask, fins and snorkel and CPR compressions.
